Instant Mango Pickle


Mango 1 no.
Fenugreek seeds  1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Chilli powder 2 tsp
Asafoetida ½ tsp
Oil As required
Salt As required

Method

  1. Cut the mango to small pieces
  2. To a wok in medium flame add 2 tsp. of oil
  3. Now add the mustard seeds, fenugreek
  4. Now add hing and cut mangoes and stir it well
  5. Add the chilli powder, salt and stir it well
  6. Saute it for 2 minutes
  7. Instant mango pickle is ready to serve
  8. You can gloss it with oil and serve
