Gobi 65

Cauliflower 1 Large flower
Maida Flour 1 cup
Rice Flour 1/4th cup
Corn Flour 1/4th cup
Turmeric powder ½  tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Dried red chillies 3 nos.
Green chillies 2 nos.
Garlic pods 2 nos.
Ginger  A small piece
Lemon juice ½ lemon
Cumin powder ¼ tsp
Spring onion & Chilly As required
Oil As required
Salt As required





  1. Make gobi florets
  2. Put them in hot to remove dirt and worms
  3. Now to bowl add the all-purpose flour, rice flour, corn flour, salt and mix it well
  4. Grind ginger, garlic, red chillies, green chillies to a fine paste
  5. Now add turmeric powder, coriander, powder, cumin powder, juice of ½ lemon and the ground paste and mix it well
  6. Add water in small quantities to make a semi thick batter
  7. Dip the florets in the batter
  8. Put it in a microwavable plate and microwave it for 1 minutes or otherwise heat a dosa tawa and grease the tawa with little and place the dipped florets on it for 2 minutes until the outer layers become slightly thick
  9. Now remove it and keep aside
  10. Heat oil in a wok in little above medium flame and deep fry florets until golden brown
  11. Remove from oil and sprinkle some spring onion and cut chillies
  12. Serve hot and enjoy
