A fusion dish popular all over India – A mix of all flavours gives it a unique flavour.

All purpose Flour 1 cup
Wheat Flour ¼ cup
    Eggless Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Paneer 1 cup
Green Capsicum ½ cup
Yellow Capsicum A few
Lettuce 1 cup
Carrot 1 no.
Onion 1 no.
Turmeric powder A Pinch
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tspd
Chilli sauce 2 tbsp
Oil As required
Salt As required



  1. To a bowl add the wheat and all-purpose flour and mix well
  2. Now add salt and mix well
  3. Add water in small quantities and make it a to a soft chapatti dough
  4. Keep it aside to rest for sometime
  5. Meanwhile in a wok, in medium flame add 2 tsp of oil
  6. Sauté the onions with a pinch of salt
  7. When the onions are semi sautéed add the carrots.
  8. Now add the paneer cubes, chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and fry them
  9. Now lastly add the capsicums, ½ of the lemon juice and sauté it for a little while and remove from stove
  10. Now take small balls out of the done dough
  11. Roil into thin and large chapattis
  12. Heat a tawa in medium flame
  13. Put a chapatti
  14. Once you see bubbles appearing on the top
  15. Flip them to the other side and give it a press
  16. When they are done remove it (Let it not change to brown colour )
  17. Now place a done chapatti on a plate
  18. Apply the tomato sauce and spread completely
  19. To the centre add a spoon full of the filling
  20. Put a spoon of mayonnaise, lettuce, and 2 drops of lemon juice
  21. Now fold it as shown in the video
  22. Put in a pan in medium flame and give it slight toast on both sides so that they retain their shape
  23. Serve and enjoy
