Crispy Veggie Sandwich

Onion 1 cup
Cabbage 1 cup
Carrot 1 cup
Tomato 1 cup
Cheese Slices As required
Grated Cheese As required
Butter As required





  1. Heat a wok in medium flame and 2 tsp. of oil
  2. Add onion and sauté it for 2 minutes
  3. Now add the cabbage and sauté for 1 minute
  4. Now add the carrots and sauté for 2 minutes
  5. Now add the tomato and salt
  6. Sauté for 2 minutes
  7. Now add the pepper powder and coriander and mix it well remove and keep it aside
  8. Now take slice and apply some sauce
  9. Now arrange the vegetable mixture
  10. Now put some cheese slices and cover it with another slice of bread
  11. Now for toasting
  12. In a sandwich maker
  13. Apply butter on both sides and place the sandwich
  14. When the indication shows open it and check for roasting
  15. Remove and serve
  16. In a tawa in medium flame apply butter and place the sandwich
  17. Place a tawa on top of it and toast it for 2minutes
  18. Flip the sandwich and again place the tawa and toast for 2 minutes
  19. Remove it and serve
