Corn Balls

Corn 400g
Rava ½ cup
Rice Flour ½ cup
Coriander As required
Onion 1 no.
Green Chillies 3 nos.
Lemon Juice ½ Lemon
Oil As required
Salt As required





  1. In a bowl add rava, rice flour, salt and mix it well
  2. Now squeeze the onion with little salt to get the water out and add it to the flours
  3. Now add half of the corn, coriander and mix it well
  4. Grind the other half of corn with green chillies and add it to the mixture
  5. Lastly squeeze lemon juice and mix it well
  6. If required sprinkle some water and make it to a vada dough consistency
  7. Heat oil in a wok little above medium flame
  8. Now drop small balls in oil
  9. Fry until crispy and golden brown
  10. Serve it hot and enjoy
